Freehand Prostate Annotation
GUI allowing freehand annotations of DICOM prostate images
This GUI allows to perform manual annotations of DICOM prostate images. Options to:
- export the annotations in XML format.
- export mask images in PNG format.
- export and anonymized the DICOM images.
This GUI can be easily modified to target other types of cancer.
