hyperlog transformation
This program converts between raw FCS data values and hyperlog-transformed values.
This program converts between raw FCS data values and hyperlog-transformed values.
Both a transformation and inverse transformation are included.
You will need to compile the provided source code into a MEX-function. More information is provided in run_hyperlog.m
