Simple toolbox provide a visualization of bone (or other tissue) density distribution from DICOM:
- Import DICOM directory
- Apply threshold for segmentation of the volumetric structure of interest (like bone)
- Tridimensional smooth of the volume
- Visualization of the data in 3D view
