Generating Type 2 Fuzzy sets

This program generates an INTERVAL TYPE 2 FUZZY set based on the input over time
This is a generalized program which considers uncertainty in both SPREAD
as well as MEAN of the GAUSSIAN membership function.
Also, the programme is generalized for any number of membership functions.
VARIABLES USED: <Gaussian MF is considered>
'cu' - UPPER MEAN (use a vector for more than one MF)
'cl' - LOWER MEAN (use a vector for more than one MF)
'sigmau' - UPPER SPREAD (use a vector for more than one MF)
'sigmal' - LOWER SPREAD (use a vector for more than one MF)
