histplot

This functions plots a estimated probability density (kernel smootthing) of data X with bandwidth b and indicating n extreme values. The design is following Rahmstorf et al. in Spektrum der Wissenschaft.
Suitable e.g. for showing extreme years in a distribution from a time series.
