Advantest R6552 Digital Multimeter

This is a MATLAB® instrument driver for use with v2.0 of the Instrument Control Toolbox™ and higher. It supports the Advantest® R6552 digital multimeter.
It is a MATLAB VXIplug&play instrument driver that requires the Advantest avr6552 VXIplug&play instrument driver to operate. This driver may be available through the instrument manufacturer, or as part of the software that came with the instrument.
