Matlab Implementation of [Petschnigg, Georg, et al. "Digital photography with flash and no-flash image pairs." ACM Transactions on Graphics (TOG) 23.3 (2004): 664-672.]

This paper is based on obtaining flash/no-flash image pairs that can be used to reduce the noise in the no-flash image. The basic idea is based on bi-lateral filter. Since the flash/no-flash image pair is assumed to capture exactly the same points in the scene, the flash image (with little noise) is used to provide the range weight of the bi-lateral filter and the no-flash image is used for the space weight.
