Modified Version of Median with Kuwahara Window of opearation

It is a modified filter for salt and filter noise filtering procedure, Basic Median filter which is based on the algorithm of order static filter of 2d is used here as basic filtering unit with a modification of Matrix space that it's being applied. The basic downfall of almost all Median filtering operation was the burring of edges where this was overcome by the use of Kuwahara filter and with its simple Kuwahara window of operation so we borrowed the at present Kuwahara window and using that space we applied the Median filtering operation with an adjacent joint unit group of one's matrix.
