Diagnostic software for targeted infectious disease next generation sequencing (NGS) data
The Diagnostic targETEd seQuencing adjudicaTion (DETEQT) software is designed to process targeted infectious disease next generation sequencing (NGS) data. DETEQT excels at making diagnostic calls when NGS panel targets may be completely absent. After downloading and adding DETEQT to the MATLAB path, type "help DETEQT" in the MATLAB command prompt for details on DETEQT algorithms and program inputs.
