Modified Conjugate Gradient Method (Bivariate optimization)

Modified Conjugate Gradient method. Refer the Conjugate gradient method that I have previously uploaded for computing optimal step size when possible. This is a modified version of the same file with fixed step size. It's computationally expensive but may work for non convex and higher order polynomial equations. Would appreciate any feedback.
