WORK IN PROGRESS! The Kraken AdjudicatioN TOOl (KANTOO) software is designed to clarify next generation sequencing (NGS) data processed with the Kraken metagenomics software. KANTOO will automate Kraken classification and output a number of Kraken, KANTOO, Krona, and Bracken reports that are easier to understand and use for downstream analysis. A optional heatmap image of relative abundances may also be generated. After downloading and adding KANTOO to the MATLAB path, type "help KANTOO" in the MATLAB command prompt for details on KANTOO inputs.
