Cortana Battery saver for windows

This program is for windows 10 (I have not tested in mac)
I created a program which tells the user when the battery is full and when the battery is low.
Also when you plug in the charger, It says something funny.
FOr example...
when The battery is less than 15%
"Hey %USER NAME% The battery is now 14%.Plug in the charger"
"But if you want to work more, I can spare you a few minutes I guess!"
So like this, I keeps saying the status whenever you plug and unplug the charger.
If you want, you can edit something you like. Also suggest me when you have something more funny.
Steps:
1. To enable cortana voice, run the registry file in the zip first.
2. Run the battery M file. and you will see a dialog box if the program is running.
3. Plug in the charger and have fun with Cortana :P
4. close the dialog box to stop the program.
Well, Literally it does not save the battery. But it makes the user conscious to unplug the battery when the charge is full. So we do not damage the battery by over charging :)
