Get the angles from an hypermatrix of rotation (3 x 3 x nFrames). Returns the angles as column vectors (nAngles x nFrames). The sequence can be any combination of angles up to 3 angles written in char (e.g. 'xy' is a valid sequence angle and would returns 2 angles; 'zyz' is also a valid sequence).
