The vector diagrams of voltages and currents for a transmission line are built and displayed. For the given parameters and operating conditions, the line constants and the sending end voltage and currrent are respectively calculated. The apparent power and the power factor of the receiving end can be varied with the corresponding spinners: the vector diagrams are automatically updated, so that the effects of the change can be immediately observed. For a change of any other parameter, the diagram should be plot again by clicking the button "Plot diagram". The scale factors of voltages, currents and powers are also reported. The app is developed within a power systems course and it is intended for educational use.
