Gantt Chart Plot
A function to plot a Gantt chart or a schedule of a process. The steel-making and continuous casting problem is used as an example.
A function that plots the Gantt chart of a steelmaking and continuous casting (SCC) schedule. It is part of the following work:

The function can be easily modified for other processes.
