% Clear Sky modeling tool to model clear sky solar radiation peak power
% (W/m^2) and energy (kWh/m^2) on a given earth latitude and day of the year.
% It allows the user to import field measured solar radiation save in .csv
% file format, a SampleFieldData12Feb.csv is provided for demo. The user
% can tune the clearness index to match the model and field peak power for
% modeling, user can then export the approximated model to .mat file.
