2- the input file contains corona infection or death data i an array (Y)
3- The outputs are a plot plus
a- The data inflection point ( In days after January 22 2020)
b- The upper limit of infections or deaths estimated
c- The lower limit of infections or deaths estimated
d- The estimated upper and lower dates for the leveling off ( In days post January 22 2020)
