Asymmetry detection of the MRI brain

The current code demonstrates a segmentation of the image asymmetry from the brain images.

The code includes the image processing stages prior the visualization of asymmetries.
Please note, the skull stripping have to be done for original MRI data before the testing (the code for brain segmentation is not provided with this file).
The code was run on Matlab 2015a and 2017b versions.
