MorphEst - Estuary planform geometry
Toolbox for analyzing estuary planform geometry from channel masks (estuarine length, convergence length, shape, area change)
This toolbox was constructed to automatically measure estuarine spatial features including estuarine length, convergence length, shape, and estuarine surface area change due to natural or anthropogenic factors.
