Dr. David Boas received his PhD in Physics at the University of Pennsylvania. He is a Professor of Radiology at Harvard Medical School, directing the Optics Division of the Martinos Center at Massachusetts General Hospital. His research focus is in the neurosciences studying the physiology and pathophysiology of the brain using novel optics methods.

Alejandro is currently working towards his M.S. degree at Tecnologico de Monterrey. He received his B.S. degree in Mechatronics in 2020. He has completed research at the Aerospace Mechatronics Lab from McGill University and the National Robotics Lab from Tecnologico de Monterrey, in 2018 and 2019, respectively. His research interests include modeling, robust control, and guidance on unmanned systems in water and air, as well as artificial intelligence applications for autonomous systems.

Edgar Guevara is currently an assistant professor at UASLP. His research interests include non-invasive medical diagnosis using optical imaging (fNIRS), functional connectivity, spectroscopy, and biomedical signal processing. His past work includes research in Raman spectroscopy and infrared thermography. He is a member of the National System of Researchers (SNI) level 2 and has been awarded several competitive grants and scholarships from national and international funding bodies.
