Using Simulink^®, Stateflow^®, and Simscape™, Ctrl Engineering verifies complete machine functionality well before building the first prototype. By integrating physical modeling capabilities with Simscape and employing the Functional Mock-up Interface (FMI), comprehensive simulations are conducted to ensure accuracy and reliability. Auto-generated C or C++code is deployed onto prototyping hardware (dSPACE^®, Speedgoat, National Instruments) and industrial off-the-shelf embedded systems (Beckhoff^®, Lenze), targeting any real-time application using Embedded Coder® and Simulink PLC Coder™.

For data analytics, Ctrl Engineering leverages MATLAB^® and various toolboxes, such as Optimization Toolbox™, to process big data and design algorithms. These advanced algorithms support capabilities in requirements engineering, verification and validation, and CI/CD pipelining.
