MATLAB and Simulink Seminars

Analyzing Over the Air Signals with SDRs

Overview

In this webinar session, we will introduce and discuss the application of Software Defined Radio (SDR) as the platform of the design, prototyping and testing of wireless design workflows and algorithms. We will leverage MathWorks tools to enable over-the-air testing scenarios over a broad range of signal bandwidths, bit rates and various hardware types; we will also demonstrate a real-time Direction of Arrival hardware example using MUSIC algorithm and USRP N310 and B210 SDRs.

Highlights

  • Use case scenarios for prototyping radio design.
  • How to generate wireless waveform without writing code and transmitting it over-the-air by using Wireless Waveform Generator app.
  • AI in wireless communications using SDRs within the context of signal classification.
  • Intelligent high speed data capture using Wireless Testbench
  • Featured live hardware demo : Direction of Arrival Demo Using MUSIC Algorithm and USRP N310 and B210 SDR radios.
