How to apply PFCM algorithm for image segmentation

Dear Walter Roberson,
PFCM is Possibilistic Fuzzy c-Means clustering algorithm.
It based on FCM (Fuzzy c-Means), PCM (Possibilistic c-Means) and FPCM (Fuzzy c-Means Possibilistic) clustering algorithm.
But I don't know how to write it by matlab.

I am not sure what you are asking for at this time. Are you looking to hire a researcher to look for a location of source code for that topic? Are you looking to hire a tutor to guide you through the process of developing MATLAB software for that topic? Are you looking for answers to specific questions like why you got an index out of range on code you are willing to post publicly (MATLAB Answers can help with that for free)? Are you looking to hire a consultant to write the program for you? Are you looking for a generous benefactor to volunteer to write the program and give it to you (this is not likely to happen!)
