Please help me im getting crazy!

i need to build a Simulink model and i should use a User defined Matlab function block in it. I use Matlab R2011a and i have already installed Microsoft visual c++ V10 and SDK1 and done with mex -setup but im still recieving the error:
fatal error U1052: file 'ntwin32.mak' not found
Stop.
and the model can not be run properly. any suggestion? tnx

Please do not get crazy!
To investigate on your own, I would look at this solution:
http://www.mathworks.com/support/solutions/en/data/1-CUMA71/?solution=1-CUMA71
Don;t forget the part where you need to manually select "x64 Compilers and Tools"
If this does not help, please contact technical support, they are there to help with this kind of issues.
