rainfall forecasting using neural network

hi friends, i am going to forecast the weekly rainfall. I have 30 years rainfall data, I want to predict the rainfall of next year or month or weekly data. can any one suggest me, how it can be solve by the artificial neural network tool using MATLAB software. I have used the ntstool, but i am confuse to giving the Input and Target data,so please send me or suggest me which tool is best of this forecasting.
