dist function error when calculating largest lypaunov exponent

Hi,

I am trying to calculate the largest lyapunov exponent of my time series using the Lyaprosen code. When i run it, i get the following error;

??? Undefined function or method 'dist' for input arguments of type 'double'.

Error in ==> lyaprosen at 106 Dmm=dist(EEMmm(:,1:k)');

I have searched everywhere for answers and have come up with nothing. Could it be that my version of Matlab does not support this dist function?

Any help would be appreciated.

I should also add that the same dist error appears when i attempt to find fnn.
