how to import a set of ASCII file which are in one folder

Hi, I'm using fopen function to import an ASCII file but I would like to write a peace of code which import all ASCII file in one folder because my folder has more than 10 ASCII files and now I have to import them one by one and do the manipulation.
As a beginner I would appreciate any helps.
