Modify data in a database

Hello everyone,

suppose I have a database (.mdb) with two columns C1 and C2, where C1 represents name of a parameter (string) and C2 is its value (number).

I would like to access a particular parameter in a particular row C1 from matlab and modify/update the corresponding value in C2.

example:

 C1    C2
----  ----
 t1    25
 t2    15

I would like to update it to

 C1    C2
----  ----
 t1    35
 t2    15

any help much appreciated.
