Why I cannot use Cloud Storage?

I have a Matthworks account, I have valid student license and activated product plus configured Matlab Mobile, which I use. The problem appears when I'm trying to upload data from my computer to Matlab Cloud. A message occurs which states: "You must have an activated copy of MATLAB and Simulink Student Version R2012a or later to use MATLAB Mobile." But I DO USE Matlab Mobile. What is wrong? On my license center I have "perpetual" term, activated product, "standalone named user" and everything else looks ok.
