Heatmap indices labelling help

Hi, I needed help to generate a heatmap of my matrix. I used the following command and generated something like this: HMobj = HeatMap(AMHMpcacc, 'colormap', redbluecmap). However, I want to project it similar to this link here and also I am unable to figure out how to label the indices i.e. the length and breadth of it as it is 498 X 498 matrix. Example:

Also, if there is a way to highlight and magnify certain regions?

Hey,
You can use the given documentation to understand how to change the appearance of your heatmap. Use XLabel and YLabel to add label to your map. You can also define colourmap to change the color scheme.
