Problems with Serial Communication

Good morning at all, I'm using "Target support package" for STM32F4 in MatLab 2013b (Simulink). I have a problem to receive data from SERIAL PORT using "Instruments Control Toolbox", in particular using "Serial Receive" and "Serial Configuration" (see image 1).
When i try to cofigure my serial port in both simulink blocks, in this case COM8, i get this error: "Error occurring when evaluating apply callback" (see image 2).
Can anyone help me, please? How to fix? Thanks of all.

For anyone reading this I used to have this same problem; however, I think I found the solution. Simply connect your hardware to the computer before opening Matlab. Then (with the hardware connected) open Matlab, then open your Simulink model and configure the Serial Configuration Block, it should work just fine now. After doing so, you can save your Simulink model and the serial configuration will be saved as well.
