matrix column vectors, and its elements?

IF I have this column vectors,as example
A=[0;1;2;3;4;5;6;7;8;9;10];
how can rearrangement its like thas,
A=[5;6;7;8;9;10;0;1;2;3;4] to plot its again?
but my column vectors have length(32)with zero pading become(512)

circshift(A,size(A,1)/2+1)
