How to troubleshoot Out of memory Error for this simple case ?

When I write these codes:
>> x=randn(1,20000000);
>> y=x;
>> z=[x y];
>> w=[x y];
after writing w=[x y]; this errors appears:
Error using horzcat
Out of memory. Type HELP MEMORY for your options.
This is the output of Memory Command:
Maximum possible array: 261 MB (2.739e+08 bytes) *
Memory available for all arrays: 935 MB (9.801e+08 bytes)
Memory used by MATLAB: 816 MB (8.559e+08 bytes)
Physical Memory (RAM): 3063 MB (3.211e+09 bytes)
How can I solve the issue?
