I am working on pixel based pattern classification problem. I want to get the labels (target values) of pixels to classify them. Is there any method to do it automatically? Kindly guide me in this regard. I will be very grateful.

Pixels won't have a label until you give them one. An image is just a collection of numbers unless you say what those pixels mean, like pixels in the 0-100 range are class 1, 101-200 are class 2 and 201-255 are class 3 or whatever. There are unsupervised classification methods that try to figure out how many clusters there are, and supervised ones where you give it some help, like telling it how many clusters there are.
