creating fluid field for simulation

Hello,
I have modeled a motion of a marine vehicle in matlab (I mean that it is just a line that moves in a certain way)
Now, I want to put this model in a fluid vector field or a particles field so it will show me how the fluid moves around my model when it swims. is there a toolbox\ written code \ a book that can help me do it?
