Question on plotting a graph

I've an adjacency matrix :
G = [0 2 5 0;0 0 1 4;0 1 0 2 ; 0 3 2 0];
where if G(i,j) = 0 then there is no edge between node i and node j and if G(i,j) = some number, then there is an edge between node i and node j. This is a very small example. My datasets have 5000 nodes. I wanted to plot it in a graph to see how it looks. Is there a way to do it?
