What package do I need to interface with a Roland Duo-Capture EX USB Audio Interface

Hello,
I am purchasing a Roland Duo-Capture EX USB audio interface to be used to collect music sound waves. It comes bundled with SONAR LE music-production software for Windows. I need to be able to read the USB signal into my analysis scripts. Is there a Matlab function that I can use? Is there a way to capture the data read in by the SONAR LE software? If not what toolbox do I need? I already have the DSP toolbox.
