Help me about plot in GUIDE. I have a problem

Hi I'm Nhan from Vietnam. I'm a student.
I make a guide for my physics app(thermodynamics) but I have a problem in plot. I want to plot a graph of a thermo cycle. For example a cycle in the first 1)picture.
I first plot process 1 -> 2. then I plot 2 -> 3, it change the rate in x and y axis. The graph is too big and not tidy like the 1) picture above. - The second picture is my guide.
Could you please help me for this problem. thanks you very much.

If you don't like how it automatically decides the start and end of the x axis, you can specify it to be what you want with xlim():
xlim([0, 1.5]); % Or whatever numbers you want.
