error between two data

Hi guys. I have two sets of data.data 1 is the original and data2 is artificial so i want to see the difference or error percentage between my artificial data and original.what should i do?

How do you define "error percentage" in your situation? Is it locations in which the data is not identical in corresponding locations? Is it locations in which the difference exceeds a certain margin relative to the original at that location? Is it locations in which the artificial exceeds a certain probability of having been drawn from the same distribution, with the order of the data not relevant ?
