how do i get the cell matrix to be double ?

Hi all,
I have output a dict into a .txt file, and dict is in double format. Now I need to recapture back the data output from dict at .txt and to be name as Decompdict, however what I got is not in double format when I recaptured from .txt. May I ask how do I get a double format for my Decompdict? What I manage to get now is shown as below.
dict =
[-47] [1x10 double]
[-17] [1x10 double]
[ -7] [1x9 double]
[ -3] [1x7 double]
[ -2] [1x4 double]
[ -1] [1x2 double]
[ 0] [ 1]
[ 1] [1x3 double]
