Missing samples in image

Can any body guide me how to convert image and its DFT like the above one using MATLAB. The region in black means that the value of these pixels is 0.

Make a binary image which is true where there is supposed to be black pixels and false where there is the gray. Then just zero out your image at the true locations
yourImage(binaryImage) = 0;

No actually I want to convert below right image (which is my input image) in to left image which is my output. How can I do that?
