respected sir,
my project is "STEREO VISION CODING FOR 3D IMAGING" my project concept is here we have used two cameras that is left and right..left camera perform the operation of "MPEG" and right camera performs the operation of "INTERVIEW PREDICTION" after that we have to perform the "correlation" between the two cameras.after the correlation perform the compression then decompression finally we have to use the "2D PLUS DEPTH" algorithm in this project .......so i can't get idea for how to start the coding pls help me for giving the idea or any body have matlab code give me that code

The first thing I would do is to start figuring out how to read frames from a pair of cameras.
Well, more accurately, the first thing I would do is research INTERVIEW PREDICTION as I have never heard of it.
Why do you perform a compression immediately followed by a decompression ?

This sounds like a homework assignment. If it is, show us the code you've written to try to solve the problem and ask a specific question about where you're having difficulty and we may be able to provide some guidance.
If you aren't sure where to start because you're not familiar with how to write MATLAB code, I suggest you start with the MATLAB Onramp tutorial (https://www.mathworks.com/support/learn-with-matlab-tutorials.html) to quickly learn the essentials of MATLAB.
If you aren't sure where to start because you're not familiar with the mathematics you'll need to solve the problem, I recommend asking your professor and/or teaching assistant for help.

You can find algorithms here http://iris.usc.edu/Vision-Notes/bibliography/contents.html but those are published articles. You'd have to ask the authors for code. You can also look in the File Exchange or the Computer Vision System Toolbox.
