How can I add normal plot to boxplot?

Hi, I have boxplot with 4 boxes and I was asked to change first box into points. I tried 'hold on' but it doesn't work. Please, help me

It's not clear what you mean by "change the first box into points". Can you describe what the graph should look like or sketch an example?

I don't know how to explain it clearly. I have two kinds of plots (the same data) and I need to replace box for NYHA=1 with this points or errorbars for NYHA=1 from normal plot.
