How your polygons are stored?
Use inpolygon for more than 1 polygon

As the questions suggests, I am attempting to use the inpolygon function to determine if a set of points is within a polygon. However, I have 61 polygons I need to see if the points are in and which polygon they are in. Is there a way to do this with a loop? I would like the output to be a nested array but I will take what I can get. Thanks for your help!
