Combining Windows and Linux license managers

Is it possible to run Linux and Windows network clients from one single Windows license manager, rather than having separate Linux and Windows license managers for each? If so, are there any restrictions (e.g. same version for network clients, etc)

As far as we know, FLEXlm that is the license manager implemented by Mathworks allows this with no limitation. You can use network license served by your Windows license manager from any operation system running the client software.
