How can I write the excel sheet in multiple columns with Input Output information

I have a model with multiple blocks, each have Inputs & outputs, I want to write a script which will identify which signal is input to what block or output from what block E.G. say ADC has four inputs & 10 outputs, out of four inputs, 2 are coming from PWM block, 1 from SCD block, & 1 from CAN , out of 10 outputs, 4 goes to DAC,4 goes to ARB block, 1 goes to RTL, one goes to DCI, now in excel sheet the script should write all signal names,& list as mentioned in the fig attached.. can you please help?
