How can I implement properly a LDPC encoder/decoder in simulink?

Hi everyone!

I am trying to implement a LDPC code in simulink. To do that, I started looking to the DVB - S.2 example. However when I delete the BCH Encoder/decoder, block interleaver/deinterleaver and the BBFRAME, I am getting high values of BER. In other others, I am just connecting the LDPC encoder to the decoder, and almost every bit is wrong.

I have check the delays between blocks, but they vary..Therefore, I couldn't fix the problem of the delay...

Can anyone give me a suggestion to fix this problem?
