plot each 20th spectra

Hallo @ all
I do have a plotting problem. I have 4604 spectra, actually I´m only interested in the last 600 spectra which I want to plot. That is no problem by just using plot(rat_Approach(:,3960:4604));
Now comes the problem for me, I only want to plot each 20th of these spectra. When I use plot(rat_Approach(1:20:644,3960:4604)); matlab plot me all the spectra, buts with not all points.
