Everyone, chances are extremely high that @Muhammad fayyaz never had any code. Perhaps he meant to say like what you all are saying "I have a need to do this". If he had code, he would have attached it, like I did below. So if you need code, don't tack on yet another "me too" request to have him email you the code. @Muhammad fayyaz has not even been on MATLAB Answers for 6 years! Chances are, he doesn't have it, or if he does, he won't email it to you. If you need code, why didn't you use the link I gave you???

See my code for hiding text in an image. For audio it would essentially be the same - the algorithm does not care if the cover data is an image matrix or a audio vector. http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/?term=authorid%3A31862. Feel free to adapt it.
