Finding each element of one array in another array

Hi,
I have two CELL arrays, A (row array with 100 rows and 1 column) and B (dimension - (3, 2)).
I need to create a (3,2) matrix C, each element of that matrix should give me row number of corressponding element of B in A. i.e. C(1,1) should give me row number of B(1,1) in A. If B(1,1) is missing then C(1,1) should be zero.
